The 2009 CSBE/SCGAB Technical Conference in the Rod Brudenell River Resort in PEI featured six plenary sessions presented, over the three morning sessions, by experts on current issues in engineering of an urban ecosystem, composting, bio-fuels, and green energy.

There were seven technical sessions (Aquaculture, Safety & Training, Bioprocessing, Energy Production, Biofuels, Environment & Ecology, Soil & Water) with a total of 58 presentations.
